TERMS OF USE

Tix.mk – online platform for the sale of tickets

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the relationship between:

- BILETARNICA DOOEL Skopje, with its registered office in Skopje, the Republic of North Macedonia (hereinafter: "Tix.mk"), and

- Users of the online ticket sales services through the website www.tix.mk.

By accessing, using, and purchasing tickets through Tix.mk, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms.

2. DEFINITIONS

- Platform (Tix.mk) – an online system for the sale and distribution of tickets.

- Organiser – a legal or natural person that organises an event and is responsible for its realisation.

- User / Buyer – a person that purchases a ticket through the platform.

- Event – a concert, theatre performance, festival, or other public event.

- Ticket – an electronic or printed document that grants the right to enter an event.

3. THE ROLE OF TIX.MK

Tix.mk is not the organiser of the events, unless this is clearly stated otherwise.

The platform acts as:

- a technical intermediary,

- a service for online sales,

- a system for processing orders and payments.

Full responsibility for:

- holding the event,

- its content,

- quality,

- changes or cancellation

lies solely with the organiser.

4. PURCHASING TICKETS

Ticket purchases are made through the official Tix.mk website, or its sub-domains.

The purchase process includes:

1. selection of the event and ticket,

2. selection of additional products related to the event (if listed)

3. entering the required data,

4. online payment,

5. electronic confirmation and issue of the ticket.

After successful payment, the ticket is delivered by e-mail.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are expressed in denars (MKD) and include all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Payment is made through:

- payment cards,

- other online methods available on the platform.

Tix.mk does not store or process payment card data. Such data is processed exclusively by an authorised payment institution (bank).

6. DELIVERY AND USE OF TICKETS

Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time slot.

The buyer must:

- protect the ticket against misuse,

- not copy, resell, or distribute it without permission.

A ticket may be used only once, except where clearly defined otherwise.

Only a ticket that is successfully verified on first scan at the venue/location entrance is considered valid. Any failed verification means the ticket has already been used; that is treated as misuse and is punishable by law

7. CANCELLATION, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Cancellation or change of an event:

- is solely the organiser’s responsibility.

In the event of:

- full cancellation,

- a change of date,

- a material change to the programme

the refund rules are set by the organiser, and Tix.mk follows those instructions.

There is no refund of money for a completed ticket order in the case of:

- lost tickets,

- unused tickets,

- the visitor’s late arrival.

8. LIABILITY

Tix.mk is not liable for:

- the quality of the event,

- the performances of the announced artists and/or performers,

- conditions in the venue,

- injury, damage, or losses at the event.

Responsibility for security and organisation lies with the organiser and/or the owner of the facility/venue where the event is held.

9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Tix.mk processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Data may be shared with the organiser exclusively for purposes related to the event, such as:

- access control,

- notifications,

- organisational needs.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Tix.mk content (texts, logos, design, systems) is protected by copyright.

Use without written consent is prohibited.

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Tix.mk reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.

Changes take effect when published on the website.

12. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

For all questions related to these Terms, the law of the Republic of North Macedonia applies.
