TIX.MK may only collect the data you provide as the person requesting a particular service, in order to respond in a timely manner, deliver services effectively and on time, and to inform you about special offers and news.

The processing of personal data relates only to data you supply as the user of the service. This privacy policy applies only to the TIX.MK website and all of its sub-domains. If the TIX.MK website contains links to other pages or platforms, you are informed that we are not responsible for the protection of personal data provided by those sites or platforms.

2. What data we collect

When you use TIX.MK, we may collect the following personal data:

- First and last name

- E-mail and phone number

- Information about events for which you buy tickets

- Ticket code

3. Payment data

Card data (e.g. card number, expiry date, CVC) are not kept in our systems, but are transmitted directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL connection. We may only keep the last four digits to check or confirm transactions.

4. Analytics data

The Tix.mk platform uses third-party analytics and marketing tools to improve the website, analyse traffic, measure the impact of marketing campaigns, and improve the user experience.

For that purpose, we may use tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, which can automatically process certain technical data, such as an IP address (in shortened or anonymised form), device and browser type, operating system, pages visited, and actions taken on the platform.

This data is not used to directly identify users and is processed for statistical, analytical, and marketing purposes, in line with the applicable rules on personal data protection.

In addition, the platform may use UTM parameters, referral, and affiliate links in order to determine the sources of traffic and purchases (e.g. social media, partner portals, or ad campaigns). These do not include direct personal data and are only used for analytics and commercial reports.

Tix.mk does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing. Data may be shared with the providers of these tools only insofar as needed for their technical operation and in line with their privacy policies.

5. Purpose of the processing of data

We use your data to:

- Carry out the purchase and sale of tickets

- Send electronic tickets and confirmations

- Communicate about your order or your user account

- Share with the event organiser (only data such as first name, surname, e-mail, and ticket code) for access verification and other activities directly related to the event in question

- Send marketing messages (only if you have consented)

- A legally justified interest (e.g. protection against misuse)

- The event organiser, for access control or other activities directly related to the event

- Financial institutions and payment providers (only to process the payment, without BILETARNICA storing the card data)

- Have data deleted ("right to be forgotten")
